ComWeavr LLC (ComWeavr) operates this website. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through the website, operator accounts, access requests and business communications.

Information We Collect

Contact information, such as name, business email, and message details.
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in and consent records, and messages you send us when you choose to use text messaging.
Authentication information, including the email address and password entered for account creation or sign-in. If you choose Google sign-in, your account identity and profile information are used for authentication.
Business context shared through access requests and operator profiles, including commerce focus, workflow needs, or partnership interest.
Basic website and technical information, such as device, browser, pages visited, and approximate usage activity.

How We Use Information

To respond to inquiries and access requests.
To create and operate authorized accounts and workspaces.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. Service providers process information for hosting, authentication, data storage, email, optional analytics and security. Netlify provides website hosting. Google provides authentication, data storage and optional analytics services. Optional analytics stays off unless you allow it through Your Privacy Choices. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and security, or with your direction.

Text Messaging and SMS Consent

If you opt in to ComWeavr assistant texts, we use your mobile number and consent records to send and manage the messages you requested, respond to support requests, and honor opt-outs.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent collected for text messaging will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent, or transfer SMS opt-in data or consent to other businesses for their own messaging programs. Consent is specific to ComWeavr.

The information sharing described above does not override these SMS protections. Service providers that help us deliver text messages may process mobile information solely to provide that service, not for their own marketing.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, business communication, legal compliance, security, and service records.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, deletion or opt-out support by contacting us. Some requests may require identity or business-contact verification. Use Your Privacy Choices to allow optional analytics or keep it off on this browser. You can change that choice later. Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics off.
